Case study
Stone yard operations
Inventory, quotes, customers and dispatch for a yard that tracks slabs by lot, finish and location in the rack.

ERP
Next.js · PostgreSQL · Spring Boot
One record for the slab, from arrival to invoice.
Situation
Lots arrived with a paper bundle list. Stock, reservations and invoices lived in three files, so a sold slab could still be offered the next morning.
Approach
The first release covered the weekly loop: receive a lot, locate the slab, quote it, dispatch it and invoice it. Roles keep the yard, sales and accounts on the same record.
Outcome
A reserved slab is visible to everyone who needs it. The Monday stock meeting starts from the dashboard, not from a recount.
