Situation
A stone importer was selling from loose photographs. Buyers could not tell how a polished island would look against their cabinet colour, and the sales desk rebuilt the same quote in a spreadsheet.
Approach
We built a configurator tied to the live slab book: stone, finish and application, with rules for thickness and bookmatching. The same selection drops into the quote.
Outcome
Sales staff walk a buyer through the stone on screen, reserve the lot, and send the quote before they leave the yard.
